Military fitness training
As a former soldier and instructor in Her Majesty’s Elite Coldstream Guards Regiment, I have the experience , knowledge and understanding of what is expected of today’s Army recruit. The training programme I have designed has helped prepare numerous candidates for the British Army’s arduous six month recruit training course which will see people pushed to their limits both mentally and physically. The course will expose you to the type of training you will undergo once your military training begins. It will also teach you many additional skills that will assist you greatly throughout the course.
You will gain an understanding of how the military and it’s discipline works and how to operate under pressure as an individual or as part of a team. The course is also an ideal starting point for anyone wishing to join other forces such as the Police and Fire Brigade. It has also proved beneficial for others wishing to test themselves or prepare for a competitive event such as triathlons or endurance races due to the varied and challenging components of the course as listed below:
